#1 Everyone makes a difference. Always do your best, with a smile, no matter what the situation, and you will be improving the situation. You always have control over your own attitude. Choose to be positive! Life should be fun. Always find the fun in situations. Whatever you are doing, do it fully, and to the best of your ability. Don't waste today wishing for tomorrow.

#2 Success is built on relationships. Remember that everyone you meet is important. Make them know you find them important with your words and actions.You must continually create value for others and it doesn’t have to cost a penny. A smile, a compliment, a helping hand… use your imagination to show those around you how much you value them. |

#3 You can reinvent yourself regularly. Who you were yesterday, or last year, does not have to determine who you are today and tomorrow. Picture the you that you want to be, and always strive to do what that you would do in any given situation. When you slip into bad habits, forgive yourself and get back on track. |
